If you are unable to attend the clinic, phone & Skype consultations are available for new and existing patients. This simple process will ensure you're able to benefit from Lesley's services while at home or on holiday.
New Patients
- Call the clinic on 9328 9233 and the friendly staff will organise your consultation time and email you a registration form and symptom survey which you need to complete and return prior to your consultation.
- Lesley will contact you for your consultation (please allow for up to a 10 minute delay).
- Any test kits or pathology requests will be sent to you. When results are received by us, we will contact you for your follow-up consultation.
- Any remedies prescribed can be posted to you.
Existing Patients
